Digital Photography Workshop
The Centre´s digital workshop is meant for artistic work.
The workshop is equipped with Mac mini with 4 Gb Ram, 22” flat screen and Mac OSX 10.6 operating system. The scanner is Epson V750. Ink jet printer is Epson Stylus Pro 9900, printing up to 44 inches wide. We use only Epson´s own, fifth generation HDR pigment inks.
Main programs are Adobe´s Photoshop CS5 and InDesign CS5. Independent working requires good knowledge of Mac environment, programs and peripheral devices. User should subsribe the workshop agreement and join the Mikkeli Society of Art Photography.
Digital workshop is open for the members during the opening hours. Other use should be fixed.
The artist could also place an order to have his images to be printed under his supervision. When necessary the Centre could also serve framing and other finishing, transit cases, shipping and exhibition design.
